Acceptance

By accessing or using the ORIC Ltd recruitment portal, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Services Provided

The platform provides recruitment services including job listing access, account management, employment application submission, and application status tracking for candidates. Services are provided for legitimate recruitment purposes only.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, interact respectfully with others, comply with applicable laws, and use the platform solely for legitimate employment-related purposes.

You must not post false or misleading information, violate intellectual property rights, use the platform for illegal activities, send unsolicited communications, or attempt to compromise system security.

Account Management

Account registration requires users to be 18 years of age or older. One account is permitted per individual. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain a secure password.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice provided where practicable.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant ORIC Ltd a limited license to use it solely for providing recruitment services. All platform design, text, and branding remain the property of ORIC Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability. We are not responsible for user-submitted content or hiring decisions made by third parties. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORIC Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, service interruption, technical errors, disputes between users and employers, or employment outcomes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
